Writing a Book!

Writing a book without being trained to do so, you learn a lot of new terms like Prologue, Preface,  Epilogue, Back Jacket, Foreward, Appendix... wait, that sounds like a body part! 

I believe I have what will work nicely for the back jacket:

Love is a never-ending story. From the first twinkle in his smiling eyes on their first meeting to his last dying breath, he loved Suzie more than life! In a world where everything changes and nothing stays the same, their love remained constant. They were two young people 15 and 18 years of age with an immature love that got separated along the way. Without modern technology, they recreated their lost 1958 dream in 1973 with a series of several unusual events. This story takes you to the heights and depths of a love story destined to become a unique classic real fairytale. It is a rare reflection of pure love for a girl who did not recognize his unconditional love for her. His strong hand would guide them in new dreams and adventures that most only read about. His devotion to her grew stronger and stronger with each passing day and only ceased with his last breath! That love was kept alive with hundreds of his love letters written from his loving heart and created with the most beautiful warm words that can only be described as a Celestial Romance. His love was so extraordinary that he would give his very life for her.

If Odis could write one final love letter to me, it would be this:

Dearest Suzie Darling,

Now that I’ve been here for a few months, I wanted to let you know I'm okay. Sorry I didn't write sooner, but I've been so busy enjoying all God's beauty. 

Sweetheart, I thought earth had beauty, but nothing compares to this. I can't wait until you get here and so together we can stroll hand in hand all over Heaven like we did on the beaches of Florida on our Honeymoon.

I wasn’t feeling very well the day I left, but I do remember hearing and feeling your love in my heart… I remember hearing in my ear. Suzie says, "I love you.” I wanted to stay with you that day because you are my love.  I wanted one more of your tender, sweet kisses, but Jesus said, "It's time," and I knew He would take good care of you until it was time for you to join me.  

I walked toward the outstretched arms of The Lord in His robe blinding white that I wrote about in my poem, The Sun Will Rise.  There are music and singing.  It is oh, so beautiful and glorious. The beauty I described in my letters I wrote you do not do justice to the word.  I thought that was beautiful, but now I see what real beauty is. The Lord is here as He said He would. What a Sun Rise I see, like no other I have ever seen before because "The Lord outshines the sun forever more"!

The Holy Spirit will comfort and guide you, as my love letters will keep my love in your heart and mind.

What a time it has been as it reunites believers. Oh, how glorious and how beautiful.

Can't wait ‘til you get here.
